This is an excited face.

Abby was one of two kindergarten girls asked to be "Little Princesses" for the homecoming Princess competition. Here she is, complete with tiara. It's bejewelled.

Everyone was truly impressed with her perfect princess wave. Just like Queen Elizabeth.

After every flower delivery, Abby had to curtsey. She added a little hop on the way back up, as a personal flourish.

We had "Spirit Week" at school recently. On Career Day, Abby was a zookeeper.

We went to a local art and music festival recently. Both of the kids got their faces painted.

Seanie was supposed to be a doggie.

He wanted to take a look at it, to make sure it was all in place.

Ice cream snacks were had by all before leaving.

We have family movie night every Friday. Sometimes, we even eat our dinner down in the den while we watch. Abby was enthralled by 'The Empire Strikes Back.'

The Fall Camping Trip!

A few weeks ago, we went on a really fun camping trip at a nearby county park with our friends the Boyers. There were hot dogs, smores, fires, tents, the whole deal. A good time was had by all.

Poor Sean -- he ended up burning his hand pretty good on a dead sparkler. But he didn't cry or anything -- we didn't even know until we got home!
